Jeff and Jenny's Dad is a scientist who is studying the smallest layer of reality known, Quantum Foam.
while Playing near Dad's Lab they lose Jeff's RC car which seems to enter the lab on its own. Going in to retrieve the toy they place themselves in front of a device Dad has been using to send Nanobots into the foam.
