Description:
Chelsea wants to win the Chatterbox competition to prove to her parents that she is as good as her brother and sister. Her parents forbid her to compete as they believe the competition will hamper her grades. With the help of her friends, Stephanie and Tina, Chelsea enters the competition. She becomes rivals with Valerie, a snooty, snobbish, dubious girl whose eyes are on the Chatterbox title. Valerie is also the girlfriend to Alex, Chelsea’s secret love interest, whom she uses to thwart Chelsea’s chances.
